My fingers were bleeding because of the cuticle cutting, 5 fingers out of 10 was bleeding all my way back home and the pain and swelling lasted till next day. They were so fast that they didn’t take care of the quality of their service.
The nails looked good but couldn’t enjoy it because of the injuries and pain. Will definitely not come back!

I went to wow nails today for the first time after struggling to find a nail salon where they speak English this is the first that came in my search.
I was delighted by the service I got. Especially the lady that was at the reception was extremely kind and helpful. She took care of everything and talked to me in perfect English. Understood what I wanted and guided the nail techs in doing so. The nails were done with great perfection. Trang did my ombré nails and I didn’t get the name of the lady that did my pedicure but she was very careful in doing so.
Very pleased with the result will be coming back

I have been coming to this wow nail shop for more than two years and today I went to get my nails done but unfortunately I was not lucky. I was late and the lady behind the counter told me I couldn’t get my nails done and had to make another appointment and come in four days with a damaged ail which was done by Wow nails. After explaining to her that the nail was in a bad condition, she asked me to sit and wait. While waiting, someone walks in without an appointment and was allowed to go ahead of me of cause she was a white lady and was served like a queen. I was not asked what color or type of nails I wanted to do. When I was finally asked to sit, the nail technician attempted to glue my nails and when I asked why she needed to glue a damaged nail instead of filing it off She couldn’t explain. When I tried to asked the only person who spoke English in the shop, I was told after 10 minutes of eye rolling and being spoken to rudely that I was making drama. I usually tip 5€ or more after I get my nails done. It is sad that whom ever owns this establishment doesn’t teach their employees not to be racist. Some of their staff are very nice and professional but the ones I met today were very disappointing. In the end I didn’t get my nails done so I have to go home and cut them down with scissors try to find a new place. I am very disappointed in Wow nails.

I just finished of my gel nails appointment and I am sooooo excited with the result! The team is quick, polite and able to speak in English! The found me an appointment 2-3 days after I messaged them and the bus stop is right outside their studio! I am quite demanding as a customer regarding to nails but they have an amazingly huge collection of colors/glitters/nail art designs and techniques so I really liked their work! THANK U 💖
