I have tried to support this business three times, and each time i was told they could not accommodate me (asking for a gel manicure). I tried to walk in twice, they were not busy (2 customers once, 3 customers the second time) and they didn’t even offer to let me wait. I tried to make an appointment a week in advance and they kept asking me to choose different times than i requested. Each time i have just headed across the street to Lee Nails and been welcomed; but i always try to support our new businesses so wanted to try them first. I won’t be doing that anymore, and if they don’t figure out a way to make people feel welcome and appreciated they won’t be in business long.

The pedicure was lack luster. I don’t get them often, but when I do I have a certain expectation. The first and probably biggest mistake was not having them specify what they were going to do and the price. I checked online and the cost for a pedicure says $25. So I go in, get the less than mediocre “pedicure” – with a smile….and then go to checkout. The woman says $42. The owner (a man)….starts with the whole “not speaking/understanding/comprehending English thing.
I tell him again….ONLINE it says $25. He says they don’t have an “online”. I say, “ok”.
I go out to my car and return to show a woman who heard everything, their online presence, name, street and phone number and under “SERVICES”:
“Pedicure – $25
She says, show him. So I did, and this guy tells me, that’s not their shop.
I’m going to leave it right there. I said, “ok”. Thank you and left….and will never be back. I would have tipped $10, so they beat me out of $7.
First and Last Time.

Took my eight year old for her first pedicure. Nail tech for me never said anything to me. Didn’t even respond to “hello”. Pointed and grunted. She had an ear bud in and kept touching her phone. Was not a relaxing experience. Then my daughters tech was rough and my daughter ended up with a bloody toe. The two techs would look at us and start speaking in a different language together. Then glare and talked the whole time. Didn’t seem to care at all about customer service. Was not a good experience. First time in my life I didn’t tip.

Three of my nails are infected. They took off my acrylic, told me they were infected, then continued to put more acrylic over the infected nails. I had to take them off myself when I got home and it took 4 hours to get them all off. They talked about me in front of everyone and every staff member came over to look at my fingers and gave me weird looks. I added a photo of the worst one. I am beyond upset. The prices are great and the people are mostly nice but I will never come back. They did a poor job on my nails and left me to deal with the mess they made.

I’ve been going to Worman’s Spa for over 3 years now. Nothing compares to this one ! My nails always come out even and looking exactly how I pictured them to be 🙂 they are also so affordable! Highly recommend !
