I had my first experience at The Wood House about a week ago and I must say I was very impressed! The staff were friendly, the service was great, and the environment was very clean. I’ve already made my next appointment and I can’t hardly wait. I got a facial that was very relaxing and I can already see a difference in my skin. I can see myself years from now still going to this place for their awesome service!

From our experience the girl (Becky) who did the massage was very weak at the Main location in Victoria. Outside is very odd and area for a Woodhouse Day Spa. We ordered Swedish massage which is lighter, but she could not put hardly any pressure and it was her all when asked to increase. Very basic and not like other Woodhouse Spas, will not come back. This was a $50 massage not a $95. Andrew was very accommodating setting up appointment. After reading some reviews…they do not listen to customers. I am disappointed I did this for my husband’s bday gift…Will have to make it up to him.

I love The Woodhouse Day Spa. Their customer service is professional and friendly. They always send out timely reminders via email and text. I have had my last 2 massages with Julia at the Main Street location; she is AMAZING!! I woke myself up snoring at least 4 times during the Woodhouse Escape massage. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and their raspberry tea is great!

I had an amazing experience with my mother to-be massage with beckyg she was very nice and professional she asked me lots of questions to make sure I was comfortable…. She was very gentle in the right areas and I just felt so relaxed I needed a nap after that massage it was so perfect… I would definitely be back and would definitely recommend her for other mommas… the hostess was also great she showed me to the room where I could put my belongings and change into my robe she brought me my water and sat me in the quiet room since I was a bit early maybe like 15 min my appointment was at 2pm and got in the bed started my massage and left happy

Take a day to pamper yourself at the Woodhouse Day Spa! The building is beautiful and the invironment so very relaxing in every way. I had the most wonderful time! I felt very pampered and catered to the entire time. The massage was heavenly and had me so relaxed for the facial! Brittany did an amazing job treating my face to the best care ever! And to finish it off, I had a pedicure with hot rocks that still looks great! Everyone was so friendly, the service excellent! I told my family that anytime anyone ask what they could get me for a gift to please remember, “I want a spa day!!!!!”
