Sent my wife here for a maternity day spa treatment and she loved it. The staff was super helpful in scheduling the session and explained it all very well.

Recommend for any dad or guy looking to send their lady on a restful relaxation day spa trip.

I am in love with this place!!! I was in Cincinatti at the end of last month for a baseball game. I had a facial with Christy and a body treatment/massage with Twyla. The services were both amazing! The hydro facial was amazing and I can still see the results! That massage healed my body and honestly the pains have not come back! The facility is clean and all the front desk staff were amazing and above and beyond on the phone and in person! I will definitely be back. It’s rare to have such a great spa experience on vacation.

I recently purchased a gift card, which I called to issue a correction for. In a recorded voicemail, Woodhouse Spa staff stated and guaranteed a correction had been issued. They misrepresented this guarantee, which provided false and misleading statements to me as the customer. Confirming a guarantee in a voicemail constitutes a verbal promise from a company, which they failed to fulfill.

When I attempted to seek resolution, their staff offered no resolution. Upon escalation to their owners, Jeff berated and yelled at me. His partner, Cheryl, was the only person who took accountability for the situation at hand and expressed their wrongdoing, which was a small kindness I am appreciative for, despite not offering satisfactory resolution. This is not entirely surprising, as other recent reviews expressed issues with gift cards at this location.

Based on my interaction with the owners/ their staff and the character displayed by both, I would strongly advise saving yourself the headache with this location and any franchise location owned in the greater Tri-state area. Go to their well-known competitor who will offer a better experience and kinder service.

I received a gift card and decided to use it towards a facial this past weekend. While checking in the woman next to me was being told by the receptionist that her hundred of dollars worth of gift cards had been redeemed by other people due to how Woodhouse logged them in the system. The bizarre part was the receptionist refused to make right the situation and simply told the lady she was out money and nothing could be done. I had a physical gift card but still decided to ask my receptionist if she could check it. I was told it wouldnt be a problem because it was a physical card and would be fine at checkout. When finished with my service and I was at check out, I handed them my gift card and they informed me that someone else redeemed it- I had a zero balance. They go on to explain it happened because of the way they logged the gift card in their system. The 3 girls were honestly extremely rude about the entire thing- no sorry, no eye contact, obnoxious behavior really. I paid and still tipped the lady who did my facial +20% because she truly did a wonderful job. Woodhouse- my gift card was only $50. I left my service thinking I would certainly be back. After dealing with your front desk girls attitudes- never again. A word to the wise, a returning customer is a hell of a lot more valuable than $50. Especially when a mistake is your fault and the receptionist talk track is to explain how it was your mistake. Do something about it and teach your ladies how to treat customers better. They truly did ruin the experience for me and also for the lady that was there when I checked in. Extremely disappointing.
