I had a massage with Josh who was extremely kind throughout my entire experience. He kept checking on me to make sure the pressure was good, the temperature was right, and was very warm and gentle. I would definitely return to have another massage here, it was such a relaxing and calming experience and I feel extremely refreshed afterwards! This place was amazing me and my hubby went to relax after we got back from Vegas getting married and they took care of everything for us. Private hot springs for only 30 more we love the twilight room! All the woman are amazing and the owner thank you for an amazing experience we will be coming back often!

I just had a facial with Savannah and it was the best! She is the first aesthetician that I have seen that 1) knows her skin care products and what type of products to recommend for her clients, 2) was fun, hilarious and incredibly easy-going, and 3) gave the BEST facial massage I have ever experienced! I have had a few facials, but Savannah’s was the MOST relaxing. It was like getting a customized massage for your face! My only regret was that I booked the 50-minute session insead of the 80-min. I will be back!

This was a conversation between the owner, Heidi, & I back in September 2021. The reason this is coming back up for me is because, as a local, I like to treat my mother in law to spa days for her birthday and plan to do that again this year. Im bummed that I no longer feel good about supporting Woodhouse because of Heidis complete disregard to a previous concern. I just had a friend have a very similar experience there so I felt it was a good time to write a review advocating for clients who are let down by Woodhouse. There are other beautiful options in town for both locals and visitors alike to have a spa day experience which I hope others will look into.

Truly an amazing experience. I work long hours and booked a retreat massage to relax and it was phenomenal, Tina did such an amazing job. Everyone was very nice and welcoming. Overall an amazing experience.
