I’ve been going to this salon for months I want to say almost a year and the service never disappoints always very clean and welcoming I love my nails every single time I come out they definitely like to make their customers satisfied they take their time and it shows in the work this is my #1 hands down only place I trust with my nails these are a few of my personal favorites ❤️ I’ve never had an issue here with my nails chipping after day 1 like other salons they make sure you leave with the nails YOU want! I’ve been to salons where I haven’t been satisfied with the end result and have been rude about it here it’s different they will accommodate you everyone I’ve come across here are friendly and they get pretty familiar with their customers no pressure being put on you for extra services they try their absolute best if you have a refrence picture in mind to match that picture great atmosphere great service.

I love wanderlust salon! Wish I’d known about them years ago. Each of the technicians who have done my pedicure have been friendly and gentle. Clean and prompt service. I love the app for making appointments and choosing a technician by name. There’s a nice atmosphere amongst the clients too – people are friendly and relaxed. Their loyalty card is generous and they have a nice check in tablet on the front desk that only asks for your phone number – fast and easy.

Nice atmosphere, but i was not satisfied with the service I received. They were rough with my cuticles, and my polish is lumpy and uneven. This is not where I usually get my nails done and I will probably not be returning. You can see in the pictures how the end of all my nails were not applied evenly. And they cut them short and straight, which was unflattering. They were short enough as is and i didn’t have time to say I just wanted a file before they were so short.

My daughter and I, went 05.13.24, plans were mani for her with the removal of acrylic nails and gel polish. Mine full set and pedi. While I was having my nails done by Tyson, the woman doing my daughter’s nail mistakenly cut her real nail. Didn’t even apologize, just said she’d add a tip to it. After she suggested cutting my daughter’s nail to match the mistake she made. A few minutes later three techs (mine inlcuded) started talking back and forth. We don’t know what was discussed because they didn’t talk in English but they ended up switching techs on my daughter. When I asked if they were going to charge her for the tip, Tyson smiled & said double charge her. I smiled thinking he was joking. They charged her $75. Justifying it by the “special gel polish” used, shaping the nail (even though it was already shaped from the acrylic), and of course for removing the acrylic. I’m certain they had this planned. I’m glad I didn’t get the pedi, (the previous tech who cut her nails was going to do). Save your money! Go somewhere else! They charge you extra without even discussing it with you! They charged us an outrageous amount without taking unto consideration it took my daughter 4 months to grow her nails and didn’t even apologize. Where’s the integrity?
They said they charged for shaping. I just checked their website there’s no mention of shaping costs, proof they intentionally charged extra. Note the tech who made the mistake sat next to Tyson. Her name started with “D”. That’s if they sit in the seat their license papers are at. Mine are posted here and I do have big hands and wide nail beds but he made my nails look like lee press on nails.

Wanderlust nails staff are always very pleasant. I will show Tyson a picture of what design and color I want on my nails and he re-creates the design. I never leave dissatisfied. I highly recommend this nail salon.
