I usually love Utah Nails, but today I cannot say that I did . I came in for a full set and a pedicure. The guy doing it, who usually does an excellent job, was very rough very rushed , not friendly and I felt like he didn’t want to be there at all. When he was almost done with the full set, he says he is too tired to do the pedicure that I had scheduled and asked if I could come back for it, which I didn’t have time for, so I asked if he could just paint my toes, which he did, but he charged me $25 just to paint and put ONE sticker on. He charged me for a design which was not what was done. I asked for a design , but he couldn’t do the design I asked for. I get being tired, but this is a business and should not be run this way. I’m very disappointed and don’t think I will be coming back anytime soon. Do better, Utah Nails!

The salon is cozy and clean, and prices are good. Hands down the BEST salon in the city with an even better staff. They always do a great job with such attention to detail. I am forever loyal!

My daughter and I went there for pedicures which we were completely rushed through and given pedicures that were way below any standard of pedicure either of us has ever had. The color my daughter chose wasn’t to her liking on her toe but it was made clear how short on time there was for these services so she left with a color she hated. Both of our feet looked the same as when we went in but some gel on our toes. Way overpriced for the service we recieved. This place used to be a regular for us but not after this. Disappointing such an expensive price for low quality work. The atmosphere was just rude and rushed, don’t waste your money go somewhere that can do a real pedicure.

I visited this salon 11/4 on a recommendation from a fellow co-worker. I made my appointment 11/3 and was so excited they were able to book for gel pedi and dip nail for 11/4. I appreciated their ability to accommodate my appointment.
On 11/4 I arrived and had the service of gel pedi and dip mani. Both techs were so kind and efficient. I was out in an hour and 15 mining. They even gave me water. Thank you for your great service.

Got my nails done for an event, but just wanted regular polish so I could take it off the next day. Kim was upset because I elected not to get gel. It was painful. The finished product speaks for itself…bubbles everywhere. When I complained, she said, “You should have done gel.”
I’m not one to make a scene. I went somewhere else to fix it. But please be aware.
