I go to this location once a week to grocery shop and have always had only positive experiences with the staff but today I had one that I felt was worth sharing. I had been in line to check out for 20-ish minutes when I heard a cashier call about a new lane being opened. I saw a few people walk to it from another register and waited 30 seconds to see if anyone was going over before I did. I had about ten items and started putting them on the track when he called to another woman who was apparently In the other line and got left behind. He told her to come up and I moved my things off and apologized, telling her I didn’t know there were more people. She checked out and was very polite but the older gentleman on register, who’s name was Don I believe, read her her total and leaned behind the register and began loud whispering how rude I and the person behind me was for cutting her off and speaking harshly about us. I said nothing and she seemed uncomfortable as well. He scanned my items, didn’t read me my total, and only said bye when he gave me my receipt. Though I work in customer service and know it’s hard to make the best of things, I obviously would not have cut her if I’d known she was there and I apologized as best I could. I felt it was disrespectful and I hope that they will change in the future otherwise I may seek out a different grocery store.

This location was previously Walmart and conveniently located on 7th ave and Bell Road in North Phoenix.

This place is spacious and spotless. It felt like a wholesale market like Costco or BJ’s, but there are differences. I would say it’s in the middle of regular super market and a wholesale market.

Great price. Be aware they would not accept credit card- debit card or cash only. Since their prices are low, so they need to cut off credit card fees, in order to provide better discount for customers.

They have varieties of items to choose from and the staff are helpful. On the tag it also indicates the price comparison from other major super markets like Walmart and Safeway.

Staffing is the basic foundation of a business plan.

When you have 10+ employees stocking around people waiting – what kind of image do you think that portrays to your customers ?

I love that they are open 24/7/365! Prices are amazing and workers are very down to earth. If you need to ask a question it doesn’t matter what they were in the middle of doing; you’ll be met with a warm smile and the best answer that person can give you. 😊

I work at store #108. I love my job. It’s the most easy job, great employee’s to work with, everyone always has a small on there faces. Above all I think more people just need to come in and give us a chance an I promise you will love us too thank you for shopping at my store #108…..
