I had an appointment with JB and she did a phenomenal job with my hair. I got a cut and a custom hair painting. It was my first time having my hair professionally colored and I had such a good experience. I’m such an awkward person sometimes and she just rolled with it. I left with my hair looking AMAZING. I will be coming back for future appointments. I live quite a drive away and it was worth it.

This is my first time getting eyelash extensions ever done, and I’ll never get them again. It’s extremely expensive and a waste of time and money when the lashes fall out the day you get them in and the next day. I did not get my lashes wet, I did not touch them, I slept on my back to keep them intact. I lost a huge amount of them, I contacted Wildflower about my experience they told me to come back in the next day and have Taylor who put them in to fix them for free, but she called in sick. I asked them if someone else could help me. They said only Taylor could do it. I was leaving town the following day for work and told them that I wouldn’t be back for 6 days, they told me they would work on them when I got back. When I got back they said they would charge me $85 for fill in because I didn’t get them fixed right away, when most of them fell out the first and second day they were put in. Except they would not see me those first days after it was done. Taylor said. “Well you lose lashes every single day.” That may be true, but the fake lashes fell off and my blond lashes were still there, they did not fall out, just the fake ones. I also asked for natural lashes with a cat eye look. All of my lashes were the same length NOT a gradual lengthing of the lashes on the outside eye area. When I mentioned that to Taylor she just told me, “You’re not use to them yet. Just wait until tomorrow and if you don’t like them I can fix it tomorrow.”. I called the next day and she wasn’t there. I understand if she was sick not being able to help me. So either have someone else help me or keep your promise to help me when I got back from out of town. That’s all I wanted but they are more interested in grabbing your money than having a good customer relationship and referrals from your friends.

The salon looks very beautiful and relaxing. I had a facial with Kyndall, it was very relaxing and she explain every step of the facial and the products she is going to use for my skin type. My face looks very bright after my facial 😊
This was my first experience with the salon and Kyndall, but I will definitely return to this salon in the future.

This is the cutest salon. Very clean and bright and everyone is so friendly! My daughter and I have seen Annie for years at her former salon and are so glad that she is happy here. It is a bit of a drive, but so worth it! We will be back soon!

I saw Kyndall for a chemical peel facial. This was my first time getting a facial and she made the experience great! She made sure I was comfortable and talked me through the whole thing. I will definitely be back in the future and will be recommending her to everyone!!
