I’ve had great service from Amber. She’s very customer service oriented and takes pride in her work and creating a positive client experience for everyone. Amber has worked to create a beautiful, cheerful and clean salon for clients and stylists to experience. I like that you can schedule appointments online and she has a helpful and simple to navigate website. They offer many services.

My mom had a wonderful experience with Joan. She wanted a blowout for her grandson’s wedding being held at a local venue. She got lost getting there (and back to the Airbnb) Joan was very patient working with her being late for the appointment. She left her sunglasses there and when we returned the next day (Sunday) they still had them. Honesty goes a long way. If she lived local, she’d be a returning client.

NIKKI WAS AMAZING!!! She did amazing on my gel nails! She was awesome to talk to so no awkward silence!! Ive never gotten my nails professionally done until she started doing them! Wouldn’t go to anyone else!! LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!

Horrible experience. I scheduled an appt for eyelash extensions and the corners of my eyes were glued shut and then picked apart with tweezers. The doc told me the extensions were placed wrong so my natural lashes are going in directions they shouldn’t be, he had to pluck lashes because they were scratching me eye and also said the glue most likely got into the ducts of my eye. Now I have a severe trauma eye infection causing me to miss work. I had to go to urgent care, the hospital, and the ophthalmologist 2x, which is expensive. It’s very painful and half of my face is in constant pain, burning, itching, headaches and very swollen. I feel that I was not taken seriously at all and ZERO concern was expressed. When I went to get my refund today all she did was look at me and hand me the money. I said thank you and she said nothing…very unprofessional. A sincere apology would’ve been nice. I was nice throughout everything and didn’t treat them the way they treated me. Yes I know their names and I really hope they’re reading this.
Update: I now have blepharitis, raw skin that feels like a burn, preorbital edema, which feels like I was punched repeatedly in the face. I wish I was being dramatic. I now have to go to the ophthalmologist a 3rd time and more medicine.
