I had the best facial of my life done by Eva. All other facials have made my face breakout but hers made my face so vibrant and clear. I highly recommend Eva and everyone at this spa. The waxing services are a plus too ✨

This place is so nice! Went for a massage through Groupon and what I received was a professional, tender massage therapist that made me feel so comfortable. I cried the 1st ten minutes!
Daniel Smith knew just how to help my emotions through this swedish massage. The bed was comfortable and heated and the hot towel treatment made it even more memorable!
Felt pampered from the moment I walked in. They offered me something to drink as I filled out a form in their tranquility room. I also recovered in this room after the massage. I Really recommend Daniel to anyone who wants a great massage experience!

Jessica arrived right at the time of my appointment (I was her first client of the day) which means the wax was not ready at the time of my appointment. Instead of waiting for the wax to warm properly Jessica kept applying wax that wasn’t properly prepared to my face and apologizing over and over. She tried several different types of wax and was unsuccessful with any of them. She apologized over and over again but never just admitted defeat. In the end she did not charge me for the wax. I left with a large clump of wax on my cheek, there was wax left in my eyebrows, there was even wax in my hair!! The cherry on top was most of the hair I wanted removed was left behind with all the wax Jessica left on my skin. While it was nice that I wasn’t charged for the waxing, I can’t in good conscience not let others know about the horrific experience I had in hopes that they can avoid it happening to them.

Why is it my responsibility to contact you after your representative wronged me instead of the other way around? You have all my contact information and your receptionist knew all the details of my appointment, the responsibility to contact someone and make things right falls on you, not me.

I was given a gift card by my team at work so I booked a facial and with some left over, a gel manicure. The facial was decent, not the best I’ve had, and I went back a few days later for the manicure. Kayla was very nice and personable, but in under 5 hours, the gel polish started to fail. I’ve had a ton of gel manicures and they always were very strong and held for 2+ weeks before cracking or peeling. So I called the salon and explained what was happening and they said they would schedule me for a nail fix at no charge. By the time I made it back, 3 nails had failed. Kayla fixed them with no problem and even apologized for the hassle. Well I am now sitting here typing this not even 12 hours later and one of the nails she repaired has already cracked and peeling off again. I 100% believe this is a result of the product and not the nail tech because her technique was great, giving me very even and smooth nails. For the extreme price of $70 when you can go to Le nails for $40 and they stay for 2+ weeks, I’m shocked this is the type of quality they offer in gel products.

My experience here was horrible from start to finish. My Mom bought me a $200 gift certificate for my 30th birthday because she lives out of state. I had to lie to her about my experience here because I didn’t want her to feel bad or feel like her money or thoughts were wasted at this establishment. The day of my 2 hour massage, my car ended up not starting about 20-30 minutes before my appointment. Panicked, I called them and explain what was happening and absolutely no helpful response whatsoever, just threatened that they will charge me 50% for rescheduling the appointment. I would understand if I was just rescheduling to reschedule, but that wasn’t the case and the attitude of the staff was “too bad. Not my problem.” Luckily, I have an amazing neighbor who let me barrow their vehicle once they heard the spa was going to charge $100. Once getting to the spa, I was riddled with anxiety—literally sweating. I could tell my masseuse was annoyed with me, which made the experience even worse. Once in the massage room I was hoping for a relaxing 2 hour experience to melt my stress away. That did not happen. The ENTIRE 2 hours that I had my massage, there was constant construction noise and yelling from the addition of Admire Aesthetics next door. I counted about 15-30 seconds intervals of continuous hammering and banging throughout the entire experience. At one point I told my masseuse that it sounds like “they’re really bad drummers.” To which she murmured “sorry.” At one point I almost just got up and left, but felt weird about doing that, so stayed, unfortunately. Once it was over, I told the front desk woman about the experience, to which she replied that “they don’t want to be spa Karen’s to the construction people.” And that other clients have also complained about that issue, “it is what it is and they usually leave around 1-1:30pm” This business is built around self care and relaxation. If they know this type of situation is happening, tell your clients so they can make informed decisions! Knowing that the receptionist knew about what time would be better, but did not let me know and scheduled me (literally off her recommendation for masseuse and time of massage) at the worst time. At the height of construction. Needless to say, I would never recommend this place or it’s staff to anyone.
