Super friendly people and the salon smells so good every time. Many books of colors to choose from and pedi prices are right on point. They take their time massaging you, which I love and appreciate. Love the long nail bar as well! Don’t miss this gem, trust me!
Poor business practice.
They charged me $50 for dip nails and two nails broke within a day!
Went back and they fixed the two nails and throughout the week, they just continued to break.
So, before we got to one week, 9 out of the ten nails had chipped.
Now, they REFUSE to give me my money back.
I paid in cash but they want to give me a gift card? WHY???
Do you think that I want to come back to you business after all the issues?
Dip nails should last up to 4 weeks, theirs didn’t even last A DAY!!
Linda tried to tell it it might be the particular color that I chose? Huh? That makes absolutely no sense, if it’s based on a color, why would you put it on the shelf for people to put on their nails?
It is It is obviously either poor product or poor technique.
Not to mention, I asked for a nail art, and they said yeah we can do whatever you want and it didn’t come out anything like the picture, not even close!
So now, I have an appointment at Nail kitchen with Yumi, I’ve seen her work as well as her nail art. I didn’t want to go to Raleigh because this place was so close to my house, but I guess sometimes you just gotta go a little bit further, to get better service all the way around.
Save yourself, money and aggravation, and go somewhere with a better reputation for putting out better quality.
