My husband and I booked a foot reflexology + paraffin + pedicure. This was an amazing experience. When we arrived, we had a choice of coffee, water, champagne or mimosas. The girl who did my foot reflexology was fantastic…she really knew what she was doing. I actually fell asleep during it and I am prone to being ticklish on my feet but didn’t feel that way once. She also did an amazing pedicure…the best that I’ve ever had. My husband felt the same way about his technician. I highly recommend this spa/salon and will definitely be returning for other services. Afterwards we went to Mason Street Grill to have the best burger in Milwaukee.

I had a massage with Troy this morning and it was amazing!! A+ Troy was very respectful and kept checking with me on the pressure and other aspects. He made me feel super relaxed and his techniques were impressive. My only regret was that I only booked a massage for an hour! I will definitely be back and I will absolutely request Troy for a massage again. I feel incredible. Thank you Troy!

I booked a reservation for a 90 min massage and a pedicure as a relaxation day for my birthday. When I made the appointment I was told they validate parking if I enter the parking lot on Mason. NEVER mentioned it wasn’t public parking lot and it being downtown I assumed the lot was public. I park and the sign says remember your plate for validation. I check in for my massage and Emily did great perfect pressure and didn’t give small talk I was able to relax like I wanted. The pedicure was basic the massage portion didn’t last too long and it’s so small in there and the talking I didn’t want I wanted to relax. Then I did leave them both 20% tip even though the pedicure wasn’t as good as the massage then i requested my validation and was told oh sorry you parked in the wrong lot. I went to my car paid and left. Well that wasn’t good enough I still got a $50 ticket mailed to me because I paid after my grace period. I called the spa spoke to the manager and offer a suggestion that it should be emphasized that it’s not a public parking lot especially when there are multiple lots where you can enter on Mason and she didn’t offer any compensation. After spending $300 at the spa I would think you would since I was very kind when I called nope. So after expecting to have free parking I paid the $11 for 4 allotted hours then got a $50 ticket in the mail. I even suggested that at check in the receptionist should instantly ask for the ticket for validation that way customers still have time to move the car or pay beforehand. Poor communication is bad service.

I took my mom to the Well Spa and Salon and we had the most incredible time! We saw Teresa and Carla for manicures and they were just fabulous to talk to and did such a good manicure! Then we got facials with Roxy and Regina and we were both so pleased with our experience. I had Roxy and she was so knowledgeable and fun to talk with. And, she gave an amazing facial!!!!

I had a deep tissue massage with Steven and it was the best massage I’ve ever had! I am very picky when it comes to massages and this one was the best in every way. Perfect pressure, he made me feel comfortable and talked through my problem areas when it was over. I will definitely always be requesting him going forward!
