I have been coming to this salon for years now (2018). The salon is very well maintained and very sanitary. 95% of the time I only get plain nails with no design and I’ve only had to go back and get my nails “fixed” on a few occasions. Yesterday, I got SNS on my nails and a gel pedicure. I had to go back and get both repaired the very next day. My nails were a little lumpy and the color was dull but the girl who originally did them had no problem smoothing them out for me. Now, my toes were a different story. I wish I had taken a picture of the before. But, the nail tech who did my toes completely messed up my feet. The nails were shaped so unevenly and she painted my toes over the cuticle line without trying to clean up around my toes. They looked horrible. When I finally got home the polish was lifting off my toes. So when I asked them to repair my toes today she basically tried to say the color was too dark for me (I originally had a forest green color). She also asked what I did to make the Polish lift. I told her that this had never had before. We decided to just take the Polish off and use white instead because I was already frustrated at this point. After she took the polish off she started to dig into my left toe with the cuticle cutter and cut the inside of my toe! It hurt soooooo bad! I’m writing this review because I truly think she did it on purpose which is ridiculous smh. I started saying “OUCH” and she was smiling saying “sorry sorry”. My toe started bleeding and she kept trying to apply pressure to it. A few of the other techs saw what happened. I know that sometimes accidental cuts happen but this is honestly not ok. As a customer who pays for a service we should not be frowned upon for asking you to fix a nail if it wasn’t done correctly. I hope my nail doesn’t become infected because of this. I just don’t understand would you be upset because you messed up my pedicure? I’m so disappointed because I did like this salon. But no one seemed to care here. I will not be coming back .

I had a tech named Rose, she was very rude and had so much attitude. My nails were longer than they were now and she proceeded to cut them shorter after I told her 3 times I wanted to keep length. and in the picture, you can see that there’s a hair cured into my nails. I was not supposed to have clear nails I asked for blue, but she painted my nails horribly. Then this day they have 5 people in the shop. And still made me pay after this horrible experience.

Don’t go here, they are rude and when you tell them what you want and if they don’t want to do it they throw a tantrum. I asked for gelx but asked her not to make the nails too wide. I know my nails and I get them done all the time and often people will put too large of a nail on and when they press it down during application, it overlaps the nail and makes my nails look too wide. I told the lady this and let her know I’d prefer a smaller nail. Bcuz when you push down on the nail to do the application it goes wider and I didn’t like it. She threw a fit, literally slammed her nail box lid shut, pushed it to the side, went to the front desk talk to the lady at the front desk, then came back to me and said she wasn’t confident in doing my nails picked up her stuff and walked away so that they’d have somebody else do it now I just left because I thought that was incredibly disrespectful. The girl knew how to do it. She just didn’t want to do it the way I wanted and as a customer. Again, to repeat, I get these gelx nails every two weeks. This is not uncommon territory for me so the fact that she didn’t want to give me what I asked for is a reason to never go to this place unprofessional child like behavior. The mail tech didn’t want me to even talk or give my opinion!!!! These are my nails I’m paying $80 for no ma’am you’re not going to tell me what I’m getting! This is the problem with these places there is no accountability and if you keep patronizing these places when we are treated disrespectfully it’s a problem. They don’t treat certain other customers like this!!! I was in the seat not 5 min when I first started talking she immediately had an attitude with me didn’t want my say in nothing and the front desk approved her behavior shame!

Janet was great! She’s so funny and easy to talk to also, so my experience was 10/10. Highly recommend this salon + Janet.

Exceptional service at Waterscapes Nail Salon! The staff is not only talented but also incredibly friendly and attentive. My nails have never looked better. Highly recommend!
