This pharmacy’s staff is helpful but their online system for managing prescriptions is deeply broken and full of problems. They are also very short staffed and often cannot fill my meds in time for me to not miss a dose.

As a Type one diabetic I’m happy to see a pharmacy that takes care of me as well as this one. The head pharmacist is very patient and understanding, which is very comforting given that I need a variety of medications. I haven’t had great experiences at other pharmacies so I’m glad I can count on this one.

When my old pharmacy at the closest Walgreens closed this Walgreens, filled in to complete my prescriptions. They’ve been nothing but fantastic since I’ve been working with them; quick to answer phones quick to fill my prescriptions, and polite and encouraging. Highly recommend switching Here if you already use Walgreens.

Walgreens as a whole is laughably terrible, but this location at least had a lead pharmacist who tried to care and tried to help me but was just too busy and overwhelmed to assist. At least she asked if I need my meds right away, unlike every other Walgreens pharmacist that turned me away simply because another location nearby (15320 Hampden… gross!) closed down forever (for obvious reasons) and did NOT transfer everyone’s prescriptions to another Walgreens.
