Had a lovely time here today! Everyone is SO nice. I got a facial, and my skin is glowing. Love the complimentary bubbles as well as their size-inclusive robe options. Felt very taken care of. I’ll be returning when I’m back in New Orleans.

We had a great experience at the Waldorf! We stayed for 5 nights exploring the French Quarter. This hotel is in walking distance to everything we wanted to see. The concierge staff was really helpful. The food at the hotel was great, the staff were awesome, and the room was great! Great customer service and couldn’t ask for more!

I went with my group of friends for the day. I thought I had booked the classic manicure which was already WAY overpriced at 70 bucks. Instead apparently booked the gel manicure which is a stupid $125 without tip. The manicurist was nice, cannot complain there but it’s only been 4 days and 2 nails have completely peeled off. I’ve had manicures a fourth of the cost last longer than this. The front desk tried to assure me that “at least I got access to the pool which is usually an additional $65”. Which I’ve never heard of a hotel charging extra for the pool, it’s usually complementary with your spa visit. Speaking of the pool, it’s the size of a house pool lol. Pool service was great but wow what an absolute rip-off.
Update: two hours after writing this my entire right hand peeled off. This is a joke and complete waste of money. Would love a refund

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had with a spa and I’ve been to luxury spas around the world. The spa director is the rudest, most unprofessional staff member of any spa I’ve ever been to and I’m not sure how she’s allowed to speak to customers the way she spoke to me. I was appalled, and needless to say, I would never recommend this spa to any of my friends or family. There is a certain level of service you should be receiving at a place of this caliber, and you won’t find it there. This is the only negative Google review I’ve ever written in all of my travels. While in NOLA, spend your money at a true luxury spa like the Windsor, the Four Seasons or the Ritz.

Do yourself a favor and book a massage with Rhonda, she will fix you without the aftermath, no soreness or swelling, plus you’ll receive ROYAL treatment from her and the rest of the staff.
I walked in and requested multiple treatments the same day, and they did the absolute best to accommodate the schedule for me. I will definitely be back.
