10/10 experience !!! I really loved how they took their time and with me having small hands my nails really match my hands and are not chunky at all. I got my toes done as well and they look great!! I will definitely be going back. I had a guy start my nails and then Kim finished them. I was worried at first about two different people doing my nails but they came out amazing and it seems that everyone there is really good at doing nails! I felt very comfortable

Kelly does an amazing job! Today I asked her if she could do marble and she did not disappoint 💛 She is so kind and is willing to give new designs a try. The atmosphere is calming and welcoming and it’s very nice being greeted as soon as you walk in with a smile.

Went as a walk-in on a Friday around lunchtime for a full set w/nail art and got right in. They were fairly busy and I understand why. This is the most Pinterest worthy set of nails I have ever seen! It is a little pricey but you get what you pay for. The nail artist was very personable and informative, and she really listened. She even asked for a reference pic and the final result looks JUST like the picture. The salon was further away than I thought it was but was 100% worth the drive. I will definitely be back!

Let me start by saying this is not my 1st, 2nd, or 3rd time at this salon or booking with Kelly so YES I am EXTREMELY disappointed in today’s experience. I hate for my time AND money to be wasted! I will NEVER go here again!

Frustrated & depleted is an understatement!

I booked my appt several weeks ago. When I booked, I sent photos of the design I wanted to get. Honestly I would have preferred being told it could not be done instead of sitting there and feeling like a guinea pig.

I asked Kelly for aura nails, she said okay. While I was sitting in her chair she looked at the photos again, I told her how I wanted mine, she said okay and that it would be $90!

She “practiced” the design three times before attempting to do it on my nails.

Also while I was there, she opened a new box that had an airbrush machine in it. While filing my nails she cut me with the file. In between adding base coats of polish she put the air brush kit together and was reading the instructions then attempted to test it out. She wasn’t able to get the airbrush machine to work so she switched to attempting to do my design with sponges.

At this point I had been there for 1 hour 40 minutes! I felt she was not confident in her ability to do this design. I asked her to remove the french from the four nails. She refused to! She told me if she removed the french tips she would have to charge me. 🤯

As a business owner myself who takes pride in making sure my clients expectations are met/exceed when working with me, this is unacceptable! I said NO! Then she suggested I get french on all nails. That’s not what I went there for. I didn’t want that.

I was over it. I paid for the builder gel full set and left.

Yes, I left with my nails how they’re pictured 2 french tips on each hand and that’s it.

I asked for something similar to the aura pic with orange.

I’ve been going to Kelly for almost 2 years and she’s amazing! She does an excellent job and my nails hold up well until my next appointment. I don’t mind the 45 minute drive because the services are worth it!
