To shape them. Now I tried to speak up and they just acted like they didn’t want to understand me so I just let them do what they wanted. My finger nail shape is beautiful and the techs accommodated the nude color I wanted, however my toe nails are nothing like I wanted the French tip on my nails is basically a straight line….. when I asked for the same French that is on my fingers. I paid 132$ (with tip) for this and I feel like it was subpar at best. I felt rushed even when I came in at a slow time on a Sunday. I’m disappointed because I love coming here and I hadn’t been back for 6 months.
We tried to let them know, we thought they made a mistake but they continued to make excuses and not willing to refund the money. I also agree with the last review not only was the nail job bad. The lady that did my nails kept coughing in my face with no mask on. I don’t recommend at all. This picture is about 1 1/2 old but you can see the quality of the work.
