Well this was my second time going because first experience actually was good. But this time I went w they were out of every color I wanted. just like the first time, they over priced . I went in thinking that I will be paying less than when I first went to get full set . I got gel polish toes and a fill in that was really simple and barely needed. Let’s just say I left out with a darker color that was on the dummy nail you choose colors from. And I tried to go with a lighter color on my nail but the polish was darker, don’t go if you are the type that expects good customer service. Because their waiter or host will tell you to let her know at the end how you feel. Then when u express nothing is done. Oh and they still ask if you want to tip after no resolution or any time of correcting is offered. The establishment look nice but you want get the best service you come for. I will not be returning. Oh and I got nail polish all under my nail. I specifically asked for neon btw

12 minutes…. I’m not kidding… for Sophia to do my full manicure and gel polish. I couldn’t believe it. Didn’t even have a second to have a sip of my drink. And I wouldn’t be bothered if it looked good, but it’s very messy. Clean and nice place, reason for the extra star, but no… come on. Too busy and don’t turn anyone away.

Wonderful experience at YSL today! My tech, Ethan, was professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I had the Lounge Luxe Organic Pedicure. My feet and toes look and feel great! Followed that with Gel polish and collagen socks. My fingernails are very thin and weak. They recommended a dip manicure and for once, I love my nails! I will be back.
