How I left tonight. I never complain. I know people have off days. I say something and it was my fault for not asking for the “extra service” of cuticle cutting which apparently cost extra. Not only this but there were previous clients cut nails on the water in which they put my feet in for my pedicure. I was pressured into paying prior to completing my nails. I tried to explain that I didn’t want to pay yet because I wasn’t sure how much of a tip I was going to leave yet. I ended up giving an undeserved tip because of this. I just wanted them to make it right but the man wouldn’t listen to me. 0/10 don’t recommend and I won’t go back

Incredible experience!!! I have tried 4 nail salons in this area including Deluxe Nails right next door (don’t waste your time there folks) and this is the best location by far! I was immediately greeted and offered a beverage then Alex worked on my nails and did an incredible job! On week two now of Gel and can probably go another week which never happens for me. I will definitely be back.
Update: added picture. Always leave here so happy with my nails and how they take care of their customers! Alex kills it again!! Showed him a picture and he copied it beautifully.
