My daughter and I decided to try someone new who had a kid chair for kid pedicures. They were very polite and sweet to my daughter and welcome her easily. I like the fact they already knew to service my daughter first unlike others we’ve visited. I’ve been getting my nails and feet done since I was 4, so I knew not all techs speak complete English. My tech had a difficult customer before me and I seen how disturbed she was as the customer was talking so roughly to her. However, my tech did not let the negative energy phase her. She came and serviced me with professional care. We had a great conversation then she was finish before I knew it. Thank you and I will be back.
To my tech, you can’t please everyone and YOU DO HAVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE TO ANYONE!!!!

Horrible went there for a full set gel… two of my nails popped off not even a week after. I went back to get a repair on them. The lady that did them wanted me to pay her $10 for them when I was just there a few days prior. She also said it was something I did to make them break and stated nails are not made to last forever. When clearly the entire nail pop off my finger. I told her there was no way I was paying that she stated it was a policy of “they fixed three days” no policy in plain sight or when I asked to see it. I asked for the manager she said, no I was the one to do your nails. I still asked for one. Long story short… I didn’t pay for the repair she did get the manager/owner. I will not be returning. Due to more nails popping off smh

If you love a homey type feel the staff will definitely provide that. They are the most down to earth people ever and they are so kind and helpful. They have such a beautiful shop when you step in the first thing you’ll notice is the beautiful ceiling and then the rest just falls into place. They do such a great job on the pedicures it is definitely worth it. I got a deluxe and it was wonderful so I could only imagine what a regular feels like. My nails came out stunning and I am very pleased and will definitely come back. They are the best in Montgomery hands down !

I’m in Montgomery often for work and have 3 different nail places trying to find a good, clean and pleasant. I went in Tuesday afternoon . I didn’t wait long and I could have been happier with the service. The lady was nice. She talked to me the whole time like we were friends. Not like at others where they talk only to other employees. I highly recommend using them. I was very impressed with all the high end polish and equipment. Great prices too.

I never write reviews but this one is well needed. This was my first time receiving service at this nail salon and oh what a mistake. I received a full gel set and Pedi. I had to instruct him on several dislikes of my nails. It was late so I didn’t continue. The next day I woke up to see my nails have turned colors, from white to light pink. I returned to the shop and asked to speak to the owner, which I was speaking to the same guy that did my nails and he directed me to a female there. She stated that it was my hair that caused the color change ( I hope this has absolutely nothing to do with me being black). I informed her that I have had my nails done prior and have never experienced this before. She begin to speak loud to me in front of other customers which was very unprofessional so I asked her when would the owner be available she directed me BACK to the gentlemen who directed me to her… in spite of how ridiculous this begin to become I spoke to him and he proceed to call me a liar about the situation. I explained to him that I paid $77.00 for my nails and toes for which he explained to me that he placed gel powder and gel polish on my nails and gave me a discount of $5.00 (thanks for nothing) which I never asked for because that made absolutely no sense. To sum this up the woman and the man told me to come back because they were busy, as if my money meant nothing that I spent there and they would “fix” my nails. I explained to her that my toe polish needed to be changed as well. Why would I walk around with one color on my toes and my hands a different color? It wasn’t may fault that the gel polished changed. Needless to say she stated they would not repaint my toes and I would have to pay for it.

If you are looking for place for good service and hospitality THIS IS NOT THE PLACE YOU’RE LOOKING FOR!!!
