While I was pleased with the actual service until my nail chipped two days later, the shenanigans with pricing are worth noting. I have been coming here monthly sometimes twice a month depending on my pedicure schedule for 3 years. My last visit will be my LAST which saddens me. I am a creature of habit so I get my nails the same way EVERY month with the exception of the dip color. So imagine my surprise when my bill was $35 more. I was and still am so perplexed. I am only writing this review because the owner stood there as this unfolded and said NOTHING which says they are ok with the behavior. First he said it was because of the length of my nails, no sir I asked you to cut them. In fact this is way shorter than I normally wear them. Next he said it was because I had French manicure on two fingers 7.50 per finger, not a new service I have always paid extra, your cost is twice as much. Lastly he said you have glitter on one nail. You mean DIP, you would have had to dip it anyway. Not to mention the manicure he did NOT do but left on the service ticket. The young lady at the desk was very kind as this foolishness took place, she said next time ask the tech. I said oh so each tech can just charge what they want. She said no not really. My only issue with that is I get the exact same thing from different techs and never have I been asked to pay $95 for a dip service that starts at $45. My bill with tip is $70 at best. To add more context I had a conversation with my coworker who goes in with a friend exact same service hers was $15 more so again if each tech works independently then say that but a $30/$15 difference is bananas. While she will most likely return I will not. Customer service and principal are more important to me. This place was already pricey but I did not mind clearly I stayed for years!

My mom and I went in for the first time and the atmosphere was absolutely beautiful and the nail techs, receptionist and the bartender did a really good job, they all have amazing customer service. How much was it? I can’t remember. I got a cotton candy cloud as my drink and my mom got a Valentina and they were delicious, next time we come to O’Fallon we are definitely coming back!

I never leave disappointed! They take the time to shape correctly and do any design you show them! My nails easily last a month here.

Service was quick and professional. Nail tech did a great job on my manicure and artwork. Environment is extremely pleasant. Very happy with results and fair rates. Would have rated it a five except that my chai tea that I ordered took a half hour to get to me.

My manicurist was amazing! Fast, friendly and asked me if I was happy all along the way. The $10 mimosa I had while being pampered was fantastic. This will be my new salon going forward for sure. The inside is beautiful. Spa experience without the full spa price.
