Great experience getting an acrylic set at this salon, I will be returning! Service was professional, friendly, no-pressure, and relaxing. All of the technicians were friendly and Jacob was great! The salon was clean and inviting.

Side notes: I am a Christian and this salon was playing K-love radio and had some religious decor in the shop, which was a happy surprise. Also Jacob did not “bother” me with small talk and conversation throughout the appointment; I see my time spent at nail or hair salon appointments as quiet “me time” and I really appreciated his laid back and friendly demeanor.

Do not, I repeat, do not go here. I showed them a picture of what I wanted, it was a French tip style so nothing too complicated. Throughout the process I told her many times they were too short, and had too much white and looked nothing like the photo. At the end she offered me $10 off my service and I asked why and she said “because I know you’re not happy.” If you know that then why aren’t you fixing them or not making me pay at all?

As I pay I say to her “while appreciate the $10 off, this is truly a bad look for business to let someone leave with ugly nails they hate and didn’t ask for” and all she said was “have a good day”

I am now at another salon paying to have my nails done again twenty minutes later. If she couldn’t do what I was asking (which wasn’t even a design) she should have said that beforehand. Mind you, I also had tips put on and they are so short it doesn’t even look like I did. I should have fought harder, not paid at all but I’m too nice. This place is horrible and has horrible customer service recovery.

It’s a clean place with competitive pricing and friendly staff. I had the pedicure package that included massage, paraffin dip, and hot towels. The woman who did mine was so kind and very talented with everything, I felt so relaxed and pampered! She checked with me to make sure the water, wax, and towels were not too hot. This was my second visit, I’ll definitely be coming back!

I found this quaint nail salon while exploring my new surroundings this past week. I was so excited to see plenty of parking for this business. I made an appointment and when I arrived I was greeted immediately by an employee as I signed in with my digits. I had a pedicure done and eyelash extensions. My experience here at Vogue Nail Salon was remarkable! Van who did my pedicure and Susan who did my eye lash extensions were PERFECT! I can’t imagine a more comfortable, engaging and professional experience for these two services. I was treated like I was with care, comfort & mostly kindness. Admiration and praise to the owner of this business. You have truly mastered customer service and it shows through your employees and services.
