I had the worst experience getting my nails done here. I had never been here before but the pictures of nail art led me to believe that simple mouse ears (three circles) would be easy. I had the technician redo them three times before I gave up. I also asked for three gems that could also look like mouse ears and they did not understand. I even had a picture to work from. I asked for stiletto and she repeated almond and pointed to the picture. I said I wanted stiletto and she continued to round the tips.

The absolute worst nail salon I have ever been to.
I asked for short coffin and they are the shape of shovels (even after I told her to make them more narrow)

My cuticles are beat up and I was bleeding.

The nail tech seemed like she didn’t know what she was doing. She was piling globs off acrylic powder on my nails. And it was dripping!

They are also not smooth at all! The are really bumpy! I’m in complete shock!

They charged me $108 for a shellac pedicure and this horrible full set!

Best Pedi I have ever gotten. Lady I had was so nice and gave best foot massages. She opened brand new tools for me without asking for them all in all an amazing and relaxing experience!

I was my fist time to do pedicure there but not a very good experience with the price they charge. Attitude of the lady was a bit ‘robotic’ and blunt. I told her my preference and even show her a photo but she misunderstood and did the opposite:(
I felt being pushed to buy $3 tool kit from them because of hygiene reason, I understand but the way they do it makes my feel unfordable and unwelcoming!
Don’t think I’ll return again!
