Extremely painful experience, the lady drilled all of my cuticles to the point they bled and my nails still hurt when I simply put them in water, it’s been 2 days and it’s still painful like this!

My acrylic nail set is basic yet it felt rushed and up close it’s sloppy. I also came to get my previous nails removed and she used a clear thumb acrylic to scrape each nail off instead of drilling it or using liquid to remove.

I am a repeat customer yet I am not treated like one! This is my 6th set with them! I am extremely upset because these nails are so basic yet my experience was awful because it took forever and it still hurts. The lady was quick with her hands yet it felt like she was scraping sandpaper against my skin. I hope to not get an infection because simply look at their products and see how crusty everything is.

One of my cuticles is extremely cut deep. I will not be returning.

The lady that did my nails doesn’t clean her equipment. She left me with color all over my nails and skin. The picture I’m posting is after I have washed my hands multiple times.
