HORRIBLE!!! Paid $88+ for both of my daughters’ fills, and the nails were bumpy, uneven, and grainy like sand was on them. They also couldn’t give me a set price – they kept changing the price throughout the process, but I caught them up and called them out. Three days later and the nail is lifting and you can’t even tell they filled them. TWO JUST CAME OFF!!! I complained about one set at the time of service, and they never even added acrylic to them to fix the dents and bumps – they just put three coats of gel polish over top the flaws and charged us an additional $20 for the gel polish. We will NEVER go back here. I could have done better by myself! Beware!!!

I was just up here on Thursday. I walked in. No one was in there. I asked how much they charged For the pedicure, she told me 40 when I got done. She charged me 60. I got my nails done. Also, he charged me 60 and mess my designs up in mention when you get to the. Register if you’re paying what you’re credit card, they’re gonna charge you for more dollars. I’ve never saw a company so pressed in my life. I’ll never be back here. Try calling the manager. They keep saying she’s not in the office. It’s been almost a week I not recommend no one here Definitely get a understanding before you get their service Horrible

Went here to get a full set. The nail tech was rude and didn’t even try when it came to my nails. Don’t waste your time or money going here. It literally look like I did my own nails.

There is a lady in there I think it’s the owners niece, she don’t no how to do nails at all. She don’t buff the nails before she put the fake nails on. I went and it was my first time ever going. The same day my nails started popping off. I called them to let them know my nails was just popping off. So they told me to come in the next day. I came in the next day nd the owner had the same girl fix them, smh meanwhile I was getting my nails fixed another girl that was there when I first came in she got her nails done before me walked in nd all of her nails had popped off too. So they fixed the nails nd I left soon as I got home I opened a bag of chips nd my nails started popping off again. I called them back a third time now they giving me the run around. At this point I don’t want it fixed nomore I just want my money back cause there is no way my nails should be popping off like that. I usually go to rose nails. They are the best nd ur nails stay on literally till they grow out. I do not recommend anyone getting there nails done here cause they really only care about the money nd not the clients. Smh don’t waste ur money u will be disappointed like I am. Also they are uneven nd different sizes. Don’t do it !

Waited approximately an hour, for granddaughter to get gel polish and manicure, she’s furious and indeed she should be, it’s a terrible manicure, cuticles weren’t trimmed and were polished over the cuticle
