Really disappointed. I chose this salon because of all the beautiful work on their social media but that was extremely misleading. This is probably the worst manicure I’ve had in my adult life. I asked for a basic French manicure, and they insisted I get dip to strengthen my nails. I’m generally against dip unless I know the salon can do them, or the nails will come out clumpy- which is exactly what happened. I showed a picture of a natural, thin, French manicure, and below is what I got. The top isn’t smooth and it’s clumpy and bubbly, the white part on my thumb and other nails isn’t even straight or clear, the nails aren’t even close to the same shape or size, and it’s just horrible looking. She put cuticle oil on my cuticles but then the rest of the hand but no lotion? Really mad I wasted the time and money for a manicure I have to get redone. This is so bad I might call to ask for some money back, which I’ve never done. But this is just unacceptable.

I highly recommend this nail spa with Jennifer!! She is absolutely the BEST! She takes good care of my crazy nails with love and care. I have unusual thick nails and cuticles, which is very difficult to clean. Jenny does such an amazing job and I could not be more grateful. Jenny is my go-to person and this place has become my go-to nail spa because of her.
