My very 1st time here 02/23/2024. I had the worst experience ever. Don’t wanna go far as racism’s but it was close enough. From the time I arrived I mentioned the services I wanted. Fill in with pink and white dipping powder an a pedicure The staff asked over and over what services I wanted: repeatedly after I steadily voiced and showed what I wanted. Which was the pink and white dipping powder . After showing a picture from one of my clients who referred me at my Tax Firm . They steadily asked what I wanted as if they didn’t know what I was talking about. After getting a pedicure and gel fill on my toes. I asked where am I to go. They set me down and serviced another woman of different color who asked for the same service I had ask for before me. To take care of her request. Her pedicure was done after mines. But the way they listened to understand what she wanted and asked probing questions. I couldn’t believe my experience. I’m a business owner of multiple businesses. I treat my first time clients with the best respect/ service. I’m very disappointed. I traveled a long distance after having a long day at my firm to be treated like a peasant. I hope anyone doesn’t experience this. I’m NEVER going back. And will share my experience with everyone!

My favorite spot to get my nails done. Hilton is the best at nails! He did my wedding day nails and I was in love. I enjoy the complimentary drink included with the pedicure!

I am not from around here so I really had to rely on the reviews to find a good nail salon option in Jacksonville. After reading several reviews about Kathy for nails and Ken for pedis, I decided to book online (which I loved for the convenience). I arrived at my scheduled time and was greeted by friendly faces, however, I was informed Ken had moved and was no longer working there. I was paired with Lili for my pedi and decided to go with the Hollywood pedicure. Folks, when I tell you this was the BEST PEDI OF MY LIFE I mean it… and I’ve had hundreds. Lili finished and I went over to Kathy’s station. She did my nails beautifully, and I’m extremely particular! I’ll be coming back here every time I’m in town!

I’ve been coming to VK for about 3yrs now and rarely do they come up short; the ambiance is relaxing, the staff is friendly, and they keep it very clean. Hilton or Kathy do the BEST job with nails and Kenny is a beast with the pedicures. They just got new massage chairs too and they are ethereal 10/10 recommend!!

I love this place so much. I came once and have been going ever since. Londa is the most amazing nail tech I’ve ever had. I look forward to seeing her every couple of weeks. There isn’t a better place to get your nails done. I highly recommend them to anyone👏🏻
