EDIT: A nail fell off 2 days after I got these done. I went back and they were super nice and accommodating. Nancy re-did my nails completely, so there are no longer any gaps and the colors are correct. There’s some stray glitter on some of the nails but overall I am MUCH happier with the quality. Thanks Nancy!
Paid over $100 for these. Paint is splotchy and uneven. Nails stick straight up. My nail bed is exposed under every nail, which means water and other things will get trapped. I will be very surprised if these dont pop off within a week. Not worth the trip, very overpriced for the quality.

The hospitality has been consistent since the beginning; the service is excellent, the rates are affordable, and everyone is friendly. Everyone, from the hostess to the person who has done my nails or my daughter’, has always been friendly to us. I have my nails and toes done every 2 months, sometimes longer due to job. It’s so therapeutic here. I continue to come here because the personnel remains consistent. Ben and Flower always provide great pedicures. Nacy, David, Ben, Miss Linda, and Jennifer are cold with the nails. I’d suggest Vivian’s to everyone. Please try the Jelly pedicure and relax. You will thank me later.

I have been going to vivian’s since 2016 and I have never had such terrible nails. I wish I was one of the people who can out right tell the techs that my nails look awful but I am the type to at least leave a constructive review. First off, I have cuts on several fingers from the nail drill. The shaping is terrible and causes my nails to look crooked, and the polish is too thick. (Update: this morning I woke up and my nail polish at the top peeled off) Plus, my tech was grabbing her phone several times during service and watching something on it instead of paying attention to how she was filing and shaping my nails. I am disappointed because I love this shop and how talented the techs are but this was the worst service i’ve ever gotten. I really hope the tech who did my nails learns to please pay more attention and take a little more time to make sure her customers nails are worth paying for.

My first trip wasn’t a good experience. My nails were not smooth and I had discoloration on my nails. I spoke with the tech and the manager about my concerns and issues weren’t corrected during my visit. After making my original review, I received a call from Vivian Spa and Nail Bar. They requested that I would allow them to do my nails again and right this time. I went back a second time and I love my nails. Thank you Vivian Spa and Nail Bar for the good customer service. I am now a happy customer. 🙂

NANCY did an amazing job with my nails. I showed her images of what I would like to have and she exceeded my expectations! She made my fake nails look so natural and beautiful! She is very sweet and detail oriented.I left so happy – this is actually the first time I have ever left a nail salon super happy and satisfied! Thank you Nancy – You are the Best!
