Went with my friend to get our nails done. Service was pretty quick and they were nice. Was happy with the design and ensured I liked it throughout the whole process.

The first time I went it took 2.5hrs for them to do my nails I figured it was an off day and i gave them another chance. 2nd time I walked out the girl didn’t put acrylic on hlf of my nails then tried grinding my actual nail beds my nails are all different lengths bc she couldn’t get them straight and she waited around for a while before even applying the acrylic bc she wanted someone else to do it for her. Didn’t get them finished and was still charged full price for a fill that wasn’t done right or even half way finished.

I have been going to ViVi nails for quite some time now. My nails are always beautiful. Nancy does a fabulous job and is always very patient with me as I have a hard time choosing colors. I now just bring my own and she has no problem with that. They always have been accommodating and will fit me in. Customer service is excellent and they remember you by name and they are very friendly. One very satisfied customer and this is worth trying.

I sat with May for a gel pedi and since she did such an amazing job I asked if she had time for a gel mani. She did! Yay! The salon is clean and the staff are lovely. Go pamper yourself…you deserve it!
