I called April late this afternoon and She welcomed me as a walk-in. I came in for a nail removal and as soon as I walked in, the vibe was inviting, very friendly and professional. April really made my experience, the best I’ve ever had with ANY nail tech. She made me feel comfortable, was very enjoyable to talk to and made me a future customer for sure! Everything was clean including the bathrooms. She keeps it very sanitary. I recommend this place 10/10. I feel like everyone in hickory is sleeping on this place.

The place I had been going to moved out of town. Today was my first visit to Viva Vam. I didn’t know what to expect and had picked this place because it had such good reviews. It didn’t take me long to realize I had made a great choice. Very relaxed and welcoming. Had a pedicure and manicure done. The prices were reasonable and the service and result were excellent. I will definitely be returning here. It’s a great location and close to where I live as well which makes it convenient. I called ahead and had no problem making an appointment for the same day.

April was wonderful! But my nails look horrible! Not only did the acrylic burn soo much it put me into tears, she tore up my cuticles! The nails are thick AND not really shaped up. There are bubbles in them and blue glitter! She also used a brush with black stuff on it to clean up the sides and ended up getting black stuff in my nails and didn’t bother to fix it. For $75 I am very disappointed…The first picture is what i asked for.
