My First time in this place, I chose it cos its one of those last minute days that u needed to have your nails done and it is super close from my house like 3mins. I am glad they accept walk ins on a Sunday! Awesome right? I hate setting up appt because I just always missed them. The lady who did my nails was fast but didnt hurt me so thats cool. I do not like spending 2hrs just for my nails done. She did a good job, price is a lil high for me but its ok. I’ll come visit this place again for future.!

Always so friendly and inviting. I have a pretty hectic schedule so weekdays work best for me after work @ 5:30. They are always willing to see me! My last visit Jenny helped with my nails and did a fantastic job. I got a brand new set to start fresh and she did amazing. I showed her a picture of shape and length, and she hit it spot on. Super excited about my nails!

I just moved up here and needed to find a nail salon and I got super lucky to find Viva nails as my first pick. Customer service was amazing and they were super quick with the services and gave me exactly what I wanted. The salon was super clean and the ladies were very kind to me, I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend this salon.

I am really disappointed by my last visit.
Layers started peeling off after ONE day, it doesn’t feel like it was dried properly.

It’s ridiculous that this is AFTER they had to REDO the paint on my nails. I walked out of the shop and started to notice black polish on my finger, and then there was more polish the more I touched my nails. So I walked back in the shop and asked them to fix the wet polish. She sanded off the polish (aggressively, as you can see that a small part of my skin was sanded, it was bleeding), and repainted my nails.

Second day, now it’s peeling off.
2 stars because my previous experience was great. I guess I got unlucky on the nail tech this time.

I was recommended this place from a friend and have been going here for the last couple of months. All I can say is that I’m hooked! Katrina is so sweet and she always does an amazing job. She will give you what you ask for and then give suggestions that will make it even better than what you thought to begin with. Appts are always timely and the rest of the nail techs are also really great as well. Highly recommend, you won’t be disappointed!
