Poor service. Horrible pedicure given by the gentleman. No lotion on feet only legs. He tried to fix the air bubble with clear polish made it worse. 18 mins spent in the chair, waited for 30 mins. Was then told it would be another 20 min for nails because the other techs just started their clients when they knew I was finished with my feet. Gave me a 15 percent off for next visit. You should have kept your card, I won’t be back. I should have read the reviews prior to going.

I love Kim but the new management has twice scheduled me for an appt and when I arrive early for my scheduled appt they have Kim with another client. Today I was two minutes early and the manager told me she started Kim on a pedi with another customer because I wasn’t there. I told her I was early and the manager just said it was her fault and expected me to wait with no apologies. I schedule the appts on my lunch hour so I don’t have to wait Why make an appt if not kept for customer that has been going there for years. Very poor customer service with this new management. Kim, if you go elsewhere please let me know. Now I’ll be looking for a new nail salon. 😔

Let’s just say do not let them do your nails. It was a gift to get my nails done for my birthday..they made me cry twice! First time I left with nails that still had my old set underneath,uneven,jagged, and dirty. The person who gifted me with getting them done took me back to get them fixed..they talked about me the whole time, pointed laughed and made a scene. I struggle with depression and anxiety so this really affected me..its now a few days after and 4 nails have came off. No business should be aloud to make fun of customers like they do.. I do not plan to go get my nails done ever again so thank you to them for ruining that experience for me.
