Called to make an appt for a full set on Saturday. They said I could go in at 245. I went In and waited 45 minutes before the guy came into the salon and started on my nails. Walk ins were seen before me. I didn’t make an appt with anyone specific. Just whoever was open next. As he was doing my nails he repeated the process 3 or 4 times coating so much acrylic on the tips he put on. My nails are crazy thick. He then proceeded to apply acrylic up to my first knuckle on 2 of my fingers. I asked if he was going to take it off and he said it was my nail bed!!!! I was like no. That’s my finger. They set up and then he attempted to remove what he put on my finger. He did this to 2 other fingers also. I had to tell him a few times how I wanted the polish. I picked 2 colors. Matte black and then an okc thunder blue with glitter and I wanted those shiney on my ring fingers. Thats not what was done at all. Then he used his dermal tool and cut the hell out of a few of my fingers saying they were hang nails and they clearly were not. My thumb nail was super thin on one corner and it broke off later Saturday evening. The acrylic is over my nail beds so my hair keeps getting snagged in them and they damn near get ripped off. I was not impressed with this experience and he said I could go back the next day(Sunday) and they would fix them. I went in thinking it was going to be made right and they were still not fixed after I had said what was wrong with them. J was told they weren’t that bad. The ceiling pieces were falling in from the rain im guessing. The floor was covered in yellowish water towards the back with water dripping from the ceiling. The tile from the ceiling was left on the floor soaked with water. Super unsanitary. What little filing he did on my nails He used the same nail file as he did his own and I’m sure numerous other people. The same 5 songs played on repeat. I didn’t leave until 6 and I had a date at 430. Just the worst experience ever. I won’t be going back to this salon and I do NOT recommend them either.

I got my nails dipped here.. I had to get the top UV layer fixed because it was not smooth…but the nail tech just put another layer on instead of buffing it out and redoing the uv top coat layer.
The owner was very nice and fixed it the last 2nd time though and gave me $5 off my next service but I do not think I will be back. ☹️I am giving them 3 because the owner was so nice.
The dipping powder is on pretty thick, and the filing/buffing and smoothing that happens before the top coat was not done correctly and all unevenly filed. A couple nails are misshaped so I’ll need to file them down pretty short now to get them back to being even. My skin got cut up on 6 different fingers, pretty bad.
The dipping powder was not cleaned up along the edges so they look awful.
I paid $48 for the service and I’m going to have to spend probably another $45+ to get them redone because they’re so awful, I cannot just walk around with my nails looking like this. They look worse in person than they do in the photos. I tried to add photos that really showed the issues.
I’m disappointed because I was recommended to go here by several people but the job is just not anywhere near my standards of what nails should look like when you pay as much as you do for dipped nails and the service.

Very poor customer service. Nikki is very unprofessional and did not give my wife even the bare minimum of quality nails. When we noticed the nails were not completely cured, we came back to ask for them to be fixed. She yelled at my wife and told her that her nails were the problem and that “nobody can do her nails”.

Honestly if you’re a nail tech, you’d think you’d be able to do any type of nails 🫢

Total rip off after picking our pedicures we wanted and waited and waited and waited some more finally inwas able to pay. For kids on pedicures says it’s $25 they charged me 35 for a 10year old. And I was charged 30. That makes no damn sense. Then the guy wants to argue and yell with me infront my kids and other customers! I was calm until he raised his voice at me. Why hand me a book with one price and then use another book with a more expensive price.. the man who did my pedicures was the sweetest man. The one checking me out was the one who was so rude and disrespectful.
Absolutely disgusted with this place!! I did take pictures of the book they handed me with prices.. also they didnt have anyone to do eyebrows. But we mist definitely waited forever. Was trying to enjoy our vacation but not by get ripped off by the rudest person in New Mexico at a nail salon. Also they couldn’t get my. Daughters nail design to stay either after multiple tries we finally had them take it off.

I went to get a quick pedi before a funeral. Do NOT use VIP nails. An actual tortilla chip was crunched on the floor beside my chair. The place and chair were filthy. Usually I would just walk out but decided to just get it done. The lady was not nice and my toenail polish was lumpy. I paid over $50 and one of the lumps rubbed off before the funeral…I went back after the funeral to ask her to fix the one toenail and the lady said, come back later. Just like that. Very rude. I told her I can’t come back later because I do not live here. She said I can sit and wait…what a waste….I left and decided to warn others. Very disgusting place, rude service, over priced. I don’t know how they can still be in business.
