Ann is excellent! I don’t go anywhere else! Clean establishment. Good service. Kind caring husband and wife team. I’ve had Manis, Pedis, and nail service for close to 8 years now. Good hours. Best to have an appointment since only two of them. Competitive prices. Even used to tan there before vacations so I wouldn’t fry on vacation. Sadly, they don’t due tanning any more. Not super fancy place but good, honest, clean service by good, honest, clean professionals, and I’m a harsh critic, nurse with over 40 years experience. Highly recommend VIP Nails

A 1 star shouldn’t even be an option here. Zero stars is more like it. Absolutely terrible. My nails look like they were done by a child. Even after asking him to do another coat because you could see through the paint which looked horrible and fix them it still wasn’t done. They are so chunky and bumpy. Paint is all over the side of my skin as well as the fill stuff used. He nicked me so many times when doing my nails and toes which became extremely painful because he kept doing it. The light to dry my gel wouldn’t stay on for more than 5 seconds so my nails were sticky which resulted in them getting messed up even more which he “fixed”. Ha. That place is a joke. Stay away from going there!!

This was the absolute worst experience I have had with any business of any kind! I was only wanting a gel polish color change and was convinced into getting them dipped because “they would hold up better.” Not even an hour went by and the polish was peeling. The shape was uneven as well as the color and dip material. I called after closely examining them and asked for them to be fixed, and was told they would. The next day I went in and asked for a refund under the pretense that the job wasnt done properly the 1st time, I did not want to have them done wrong again. I was only to be turned away, extremely rudely and denied any further services. I was told to leave and not come back. I was very polite and tried many times to come to a resolution, just to be met with accusations that I sabotaged my own nails. DO NOT trust this business with your hard earned money. They do no care about their work and do not stand behind their “satisfaction guaranteed” motto!!

I have been getting my nails done here by Anne and Andy for almost 10 years now. I’ve never had any issues with my nails just popping off. If I had any issues with one breaking n went back they would get me in right away n fix that nail. Never let any customers leave their place with out knowing they are happy with their decision on their nails.
I always leave there happy and living tonsils and the design that that been done on my nails. I would recommend this place and do tell people who are looking to get their nails done where I get mine done.

The gentleman who did my full set was Very rough, felt like he knocked me a couple times. My nails ended up being uneven, slanted, and the paint job (which I was told was going to be gel polish) was just regular polish, which was smuggled. He didn’t even use proper gloves, he wore a Yellow Dish Washing Glove!!
And the place is Not clean!
Do Not Go Here! I Will NEVER Be Back!!!
