I went here twice a few months ago. I kept getting this young man who barely massaged my feet for longer than a minute and what little he did was very light. He was nice with good customer services but my feet, shins and toe nails from the pedicure was pretty amateurish. It only lasted barely two weeks before it started wearing off and with a personal person it lasts 4 weeks with me. I came in today on Christmas Eve and I had Jimmy. He definitely did better. I recommend Jimmy for pedicures. I loved the renovations. They’re right by Walmart and they’re open often. The young woman who waxes my eyebrows does a good job. I do think something is missing from them getting 5 stars from me only because I travel globally and I’ve had much better experiences. I believe if they really learn how to make the nails last, do better massages the legs and feet and maybe offer neck and shoulder massages that would be nice, the little things matter. They do offer different types of beverages which is great. They’re also fast with little wait times they just need professionals with skills. Overall, I recommend this place.

Only tried them because Nail Bar was closed on Sunday. I should have waited. Ugliest manicure I’ve ever received. Should have listened to reviews. Less than 24 hours there are cracks in nails. Someone came in while I was there with same problem. They charged her for repair and made her wait. I felt so bad for her. Manicure color does not match pedicure color. I had dip on nails, but there was no gel…why they are cracking and breaking. They look awful and will be taking off in a week. Waste of $110.

Walked in and wasn’t greeted, I had to greet the staff-ok, whatever. I was asked what did I need done and I responded I needed a fill. I was told to sit down and someone would be with me shortly. Ok cool. I waited for about 30-40 minutes for a tech, then another lady and her mom walk in and the tech immediately seats the lady (not the mom) at his station and starts working on her nails. Excuse me WTH?!? I asked how much longer I would have to wait since apparently nobody saw me sitting there in my bright neon yellow shirt! I was told at least 45 minutes. Yeah no thanks! I got up and left. And this is why I prefer to drive to Odessa.

The people were nice but they aren’t very good at designs or painting I’ve already got the gel polish coming off of my toes and I just got them done yesterday also my nails look dull not shiney I don’t recommend at all

Never again I’m going to this place. Once I walked in, I guess the owner was just sitting on the front couch and rudely asked what we need, told him and just just told us to sit down. Okay fine. But what got me the most are my nails! How in the hell do my nails look like the picture. For one I asked if the gentleman could use acrylic powder and he used polish because the powered of color was too watery for him to use. Told him fine just leave the polish color and he just continued and continued. Try to fix it but just made it worse. And still made me pay full price. Wouldn’t let me walk out if I didn’t.
It’s not my first time going to VIP AND IM NEVER GOING BACK. They are so unprofessional and rude!
