Booked an appointment for 6:00 PM and confirmed day-of and they said to come on in. Got there and there were only two people working and they said they were “slightly behind”. We did not start our nails until 6:45. And there were two people behind us that didn’t start until 7:30 (they close at 7:00).
They used acetone to strip my gel, which was unnecessary and no other place I had gone to ever did. This really damaged my nails and made them very soft and brittle. The polish itself was okay, but they did not paint all the way down to the cuticle, so it already looked grown out within a few days.
The worst part: this gel polish was either not cured properly or cheap. I already had a chipped nail within three days and now three weeks later I have three broken nails, which has never happened to me. My friend got an acrylic fill and they were not done well. She has since ripped them all off because of how poorly they were applied. I will never be going back.

I absolutely love this place! They do such an amazing job, I have been coming here on and off for years depending on where I live. I have moved out of Bloomington and still make the 30 mins drive to have them do my nails. Highly recommended!

This place is wonderful! Got an appointment for the same day and Twan (sp?) the nail technician was super friendly and was also very cool about my constant requests for shorter nails. Also prices are very reasonable. All in all great experience – highly recommend!
