Customer service is trash, some of the women’s main agenda is profit, not nail care. I had fungus on 2 of my nails. After seeing it I changed my mind and advised I just wanted to take them all off so I can give my natural nails a break and proper care to treat the fungi. 3x I was asked if I wanted to “just put a new nail over” THREE. Upon the 3rd now she rushed filed my brittle nails after advising her to cut them to minimal because they were so soft. Had the nerve to actually have an attitude her service no longer included a higher gratuity. I’ll stick with friendly nails. Nail care along with customer is actually what they provide, small or large

I got my nails done on June 3 and now only two days later half of my nail came off when I picked up my purse. Also the polish is chipping. The lady who did my nails acted like she was afraid to use glue. I seem to always have that issue when I come here. They only ever put a small drop of glue, immediately gonna lift on the top. Will not be getting my business again.

I’ve been going here for two years, I won’t be anymore. The bad experiences have definitely outweighed the good. Got a fill in, they look terrible. None of them are even, they are crooked and bumpy as hell. Gel polish was sloppy, the lady literally hurt me SCRATCHING the gel polish off from around my cuticles. Nail broke the same day I got them done & they still had the audacity to charge me 5 dollars to fix it. The next day the gel polish started peeling. I’m taking my business elsewhere, I paid 50 dollars for a basic fill in with gel.

Not even an hr later my whole nail ripped off and my real nail it was terrible and all they said was if uu want it fixed it will cost uu more.

Took my granddaughters yesterday they were so patient with the 3 year old she was scared at first but they made her feel right at home!! Highly recommend!!! Thanks again for making us beautiful:)
