I’ve been going to Tracy at VIP for over a year now she’s the only person who ever touches my nails! I absolutely love her she’s so talented at her job and so sweet! love getting to catch up, relax and just enjoy my services with her!! everyone else is so friendly too! VIP has always been our go to, Whitney has been our #1 since they opened. She is amazing and talented and the rest of the staff is so friendly as well they always make my 5 year old feel special. She’s been getting her nails and toes done since she was 3 and they are so patient with her. We will always come here for our mani and pedicures

I get a monthly pedicure from Kim. She’s awesome. She’s very detailed and gives me a personalized experience. Very relaxing. Top notch service. Everyone is kind and friendly. I’ve only had wonderful experiences. I highly recommend VIP Nails and Spa.

I jI her get offered drinks so maybe that’s a pick and choose thing. Only one girl does good nails there and you can’t always get her. I’m posting picks of the nails I showed and the nails I got. Way too short. The you ask me if it’s the right size by cutting the plastic ? Idk 🤷♀️ how would I know. You’re the nail tech. I’m showing you the size and show then charge me extra for “special” shape “. When you didn’t even do it correct and clearly I’m a hurry. Ok it doesn’t matter you’re busy or not. If you are busy you don’t skim through people to get to the next. Quality over quantity always. Now you post a customer because it’s the last straw for me not to mention a lot are rude They made my aunt feel bad when she came last time. And spent a lot of money on all of us. But yeah I could have said something but what would that matter ? I can’t pull them off now.

JJ did a fantastic job and was fast! My nails are hard to do. Most people make them look flat and wide.
