I love this place, I have been coming here for at least 5 years and I’ve been bringing my 5 year old with me periodically since she was 3. We tend to see Sarah or Angel (I use to go to Ann and she was amazing too but she retired 💕) for my nails and the guy who did my pedicure today gave an AMAZING massage-I didn’t catch his name but will update next time. This is one of those places where I don’t have to worry about requesting a specific tech because I know I can trust everyone to do a quality job.

I am kinda picky about the length/shape/thickness of my nails and am always so impressed by how wall Sarah and Angel shape my nails. I also suck at picking out the right color, but if I have an inspiration photo they will always help me match the colors. And they are SO patient, today I came in wanting 5 different colors on my toes, a main color on my hands with 5 different color hearts. My daughter also wanted 5 different colors. Angel helped me figure out exactly what colors I needed and was so patient with my daughter for her colors. Our nails turned out exactly how we wanted and I’m obsessed as usual.

Also just a PSA- I am 99.9% sure I was in the salon with one of the negative reviewers a few months back. The girl was rude. I don’t want to talk poorly about her, but the salon was doing everything they could to please her and she just wasn’t having it. I only say this because I highly recommend taking the 1 star with a grain of salt because they truly don’t deserve it.

Had shellac done on my natural nails. Left VIP nails not happy with how they turned out. The nail shape is crooked, paint is uneven. After a week they’ve already begun to chip. I had an appointment for 4pm, no one helped me till 4:20. They are very speedy salon and rush through appointments, and the results show unfortunately

The file she used on my feet had white stuff all over it, and left my feet itching and burning It looked terrible. I asked her to change it, but she did not speak English. She gave me a pedicure, but did not scrub my feet They come off poor and thirsty for money. I would never go back.

I would have given 5 stars but… the tech did not understand me even after telling her and asking her repeatedly if she understood…. Then did the wrong nail finish and had to take it off and redo it, per the manager request. This cost me more than an hour extra time. BUT she did a great job and it lasted much longer than expected.
