tbh, you really never know what you’re gonna get when you walk in here. there could be someone who does a FANTASTIC job and then the next time it’s someone who does a terrible job. I went yesterday and had my nails done, and he filed my cuticle??? I never asked for my cuticle to be filed away. then some of my nails are uneven. I told the lady at the front and she had someone “fix” it for me but there’s still some uneven nails. my nails look like I put press ons on 🙃 also I had to have my previous nails removed and they didn’t use acetone, he clipped them down and peeled them off which kinda hurt. he said “acetone take too long”. the pedicure is always great though!

Honestly. This place is not great at all. i went in for a new set, and it was my first time coming here, i’m not impressed, and highly unsatisfied.
My nails were very rushed, the man doing them was obviously ready to leave (i was there at 6:15ish they close at 8). The shape is off, my skin was cut, he didn’t trim my natural nails down, and the color isn’t what i asked for but when i said that i wanted a darker color i was ignored. I didn’t notice until today (day after nails done) that he didn’t even put the top coat on all of my nails. Parts of my nails are missing too coat and they’re rough. It felt like it was a burden for me to be there paying them for services. I also got my eyebrows waxed, and their waxing bed is nasty! there were nail clippings, powder, and what seemed to be food particles on the bed.

I got my nails done which was Thursday last week for my birthday and today one of my nails broke off and I haven’t been two weeks yet. I do not recommend them at all because my cuticles were sore and he was not only drilling my natural nails, but he was messing up my cuticles, and I had a small little cut right near the acrylic nail And I would not pay $60 just to get this done they don’t last long money was wasted I should’ve kept my money

Rushed from the moment we walked in. Pedicure was the worst I have ever received! The old lady doing the pedicure spent most of her time walking back and forth to get supplies. She did a poor job on the overall pedicure. The old man that did my nails cut them too short and did not shape them correctly, or remove excess. I paid way too much, and will not return!
