Had a wonderful experience. Got a full set for a good price. Service was polite and quick. The salon is very clean. I’ve been to so many nail salons and can honestly say the quality at VIP nails is exceptional. I would 100% recommend to a friend. Can’t wait to go back!

Husband and I got pedicures, paid $100 not including the tip. Salon wasn’t busy as we were the only ones in at the time but the nail techs rushed the service (took less than 30 minutes from start to finish), both nail techs clipped our cuticles too far back and made us both bleed, my nail polish was extremely sloppy and is already lifting, my calluses were barely even touched and neither of them massaged our feet which is kind of the whole point of getting a pedicure. It was my first and last time there, wasn’t worth $100+.

I was charged $60 when the price on wall says $55- no massage- no cuticles cleaned properly. I’ll be honest I’ve always recommended this place since it opened not too long ago the nails they do are good, but it is not worth what you pay. I had got the most simplest set imaginable to be charged what I was for what you would normally get for that price was absurd. And I must say they lost me as a customer because I feel completely ripped off. It’s only been 24 hours and the outside of my nails look terrible due to them not cleaning the cuticles properly and cutting them before placing acrylic on my nails. On top of that was not sanitary at all anymore.

I asked for a ombré and on some spots you can see the clear difference between the 2 colors, nails are uneven and very thin. My nails were burning after the third time he cured my nails.

I’ve gone in there twice now trying to get a pedicure the first time the guy didn’t want to talk to me and then told me I should pull out $30 extra for his tip turned around and walked right out. Second time I went in there because I’m getting an oil change next door and the same guy wouldn’t even look at me and said he was too busy. Would love to give them 0 stars. Not sure if they think I don’t have the money for it or what but I clearly do which is why I’m going in. And it’s not their place to make assumptions about people looking for their service. Good thing there’s about five other nail solans. Hope they go out of business! (:
