The nail polish looks great, but my two big toes are completely infected. I don’t know it was from a dirty tool or what but my toes are very swollen and infected. I don’t know what was dirty or what , but My two big toes are very much so infected and I got gel nails.

I got an acrylic fill in and all of my nails are a different shapes and different lengths. I’m very basic and just get square and solid color but I’ve never had someone mess up this bad. Only benefit is that they were nice and timely. Still, I wouldn’t recommend.

I’ve been coming here for pedicures for several years now. The techs take their time, always do a good job, and if something is wrong, they do their best to fix it. Cost is around $40, and service is great. 🙂

This place was filthy! While I liked the woman who provided the service, she used the “cheese shredder” on the bottom of my foot which she pulled out of a drawer. Didn’t look sterile and was not wrapped in plastic. When she was finished with my feet she simply dipped it in the water and returned it to the drawer. Gross! There were dirty towels all over the salon. The chairs are run down and old. The manicure station was disgusting. Dirty plastic up between myself and the manicurist. It looks like it hasn’t been cleaned ever! My friend had her hands in the dryer and was disgusted by how dirty it was on the outside! Can’t imagine what it looks like on the inside! Yuck. Owner is RUDE. Rude to us as well as her employees. Honestly, I feel bad for them, because the employees seem so sweet. When I called to make appt for mani pedi I was told it would be 50.00. When I got there to confirm, owner told me 60.00. Just have some consistency and update your website! I could go on and on, but I think you’ve read enough. I won’t be going back. Onwards to finding a clean salon!

I have been a VIP Nails client for over a year now so convenient very close to my house, their service is awesome! This was my first time with Thomas and he is absolutely kind and very knowledgeable and with creativity and experience. The ladies are extremately kind and customer service is always on point.
You will feel very comfortable while getting the service and they will always make a space for you if you have not schedule an appointment.
Love the prices ! Love the environment, Love their pedicure spa service ALL! OVERALL 100/100!! (:
