I would give ZERO stars if I could. This place quite literally robbed me. I came in as a call in for a pedicure and dip powder on my natural nails with no tips. (See the picture below for reference). First off, the woman doing my nails manipulated me into getting “solar” powder instead of dip powder for “no extra charge” because it was “stronger, won’t chip, brighter” etc, I know now that “Solar”
powder is ACRYLIC, which of course she didn’t tell me. Acrylic should NEVER go on your natural nails, however I trusted the professional and sat through the burning on my fingers. When moved on to
my pedicure, the sweet younger gentleman who was clearly a beginner SHREDDED my toes and I was left bleeding in multiple spots, so badly to the point another woman had to switch with him to finish my feet due to me bleeding all over the station. The woman who did my nails performed a lazy job, and was yanking my arms around the entire time.. I was unable to relax during my pedicure from hell. The woman had to redo three fingers because the simple flowers she said she could do looked THAT BAD. The flowers are all different sizes, there’s bubbles in the top coat, there’s stray marks that she never erased.. I was told before hand that the total would be $110, which i thought was doable even though my nails were hideous and my toes were bleeding. I should have known something was up when the woman would not show me my receipt, just covered everything and asked me to sign it however I am a young, un confrontational college student who just wanted to get her nails done. To make a long story short, i was charged about $200 on two different cards for a horrible service. Not to mention, she tipped herself without asking, and when I asked if I could get a refund on the tip I did not ask to give, I was ridiculed and told “well I already did it”. I was yelled at in front of everyone in the store for trying to come up with a resolution as well. Long story short, the police were called and I have since disputed the charges, which of course worked in my favor. Look at these nails and tell me if you’d like to give this establishment a chance..

I was referred to Vanessa from a client at work, and I’m so glad I went! Thank you for fixing my nails that were done badly by a high end local place. Vanessa was so kind and personable, and got me right in. We will be back! She’s a co owner so please stop by to support Vanessa and a local business.

I have been going to Vip Nails for almost 2 years. Vanessa is super. Very friendly and professional. She not only grew my nails but maintains them. Went there today and told her I wanted something christmasy and I got real christmasy. Good job Vanessa. I love! Love!! Love!!!

I had one nail that was broken and the sweet lady glued it back for me and gave me the glue to take. Would recommend this place as they took such great care even when I didn’t use their services!!

I’ve been coming here for about 5 months now and the staff is always so attentive and sweet. Sue and Vanessa are both so talented and do incredible work every time I come in.
