I love this nail salon. I prefer to go early in the morning before they get really busy. Bill does my mania and pedis, and he does great job. He doesn’t rush, and he cares about the quality of the service. The salon is clean, and the staff are nice. I highly recommend.

Asked for pink chrome, nail tech states she didn’t know how to do it. So all my nails came out different shades. All my nails are different shapes and lengths, and lumpy from the dip. She cut four different fingers cuticles and blamed me for being tense. Well maybe I’m tense bc you’re cutting my cuticles up. I have tons of dried glue and dip powder on my nails and cuticles if you zoom in on the photos.
I normally wouldn’t complain but this + a NORMAL pedicure costs me almost $130. The pedicure didn’t include anything fancy, no massage or hot towels or anything. Just a basic gel pedicure. I’ve never paid so much to have nothing fancy done. I will not be going here again due to how expensive it is and not even doing a good job. Staff was friendly and I’ll give them that.

Came here today from a recommendation of a friend and LOVED it. I think I’ve found my new place. Sunny was my nail tech & I explained I’d be coming once a month to try different nails to have time to decide how I wanted them for my wedding in October. She was absolutely amazing, made great conversation & offered so many nail recommendations. I was very thankful and can’t wait to come back again! Excited to ask so try a pedicure next.☀️

First off I would just like to say the two technicians that my daughter and I had were amazing, and had such good conversations and customer service. I wanted this day to be perfect for my daughter and I because we rarely get to get out just the two of us. I was welcome by the who I assume is the owner. He asked me what I wanted to get done, I told him for my daughter I would like for her to have a regular manicure, and for me I would like French tip with extensions (acrylic) and I was also asked did I want acrylic I said yes! But as I was talking to my daughter about what color to pick I must’ve marked the wrong one without double checking (honest mistake). But, we were sat immediately which was good and didn’t have to wait because they were not busy another plus. As the technician was finishing up my daughter nails which came out great. I just wanted to double check with my technician that did he tell you I wanted an extension on my nails for the French tip and she said no he did not and apologized. She went to retrieve him, and i immediately was spoken to rudely and I reiterated what I told him at the front desk. And was told “that’s what you said, I can run the tape back” in rude and hostile matter. I am left stunned and speechless. (I was originally was going to just say can I just get full set acrylic with French tip since I did mark it down wrong) but why get my nails done when someone speaks to you rudely and they are the owner at that. I state no need to get hostile, and said I will just pay for my daughters nails, and I will not finish mines and I will not be coming back. And he said “you don’t have to come back.” I still had to pay for my already started manicure and my daughters nails, which I had no problem doing. But, I already had my doubts of there business because on two accounts I was left unsatisfied, and the only reason why I was there because I was given a gift card for Christmas. My nail tech and I both said terminology is different at certain places, in which I agreed. My nail technician was still apologetic and still wanted my business. But, an owner/boss like there’s makes it hard for you to be a repeating customer. So I will take my money and business elsewhere like I’ve been doing for the past 11 years.

Edit: after 3 days my daughter nail polish has chipped off.

I had Bill for my nail set and he did such a great job paying attention to detail and made my vision come to life! Highly recommend!
