This is the absolute best mail salon I have ever been too. The staff were so nice and I really appreciate the work they did. I have always been nervous going into nail salons but this place was so much different. Definitely will be going again

So I came here for a pedicure. They were nice but the girl cut open my toe and made it bleed. I went with my friend and I feel such awful pain and I see her literally cutting half my toe off it started to bleed so much and I started crying from the pain she literally cut into my nail bed. This was in March I decide to leave the review now because ice been having puss coming out of my toe ever since… I never had a problem now my toe is in so much pain all the time and puss is coming out it and I’m pretty sure it’s infected and it’s also very swollen. I wouldn’t come here she didn’t even worn me or ask she started to just cut and I felt it!!! It hurt so bad only giving 2 starts because they were nice. They also didn’t speak any English so it made communication prettt bad and I don’t think she understood what I was telling her. Bur don’t go here save your toes!

Overall thought this was a nice place, the man that did my manicure was great I think his name was Kevin, he did an amazing job. The woman that did my toes however, was extremely rude the entire time. She was talking under her breath and scoffing at me the entire time. It was to the point that I almost left and didn’t finish my pedicure. She was mad that I only wanted polish on my toes, which I stated when I walked in the door, then was rude for the remainder of the time. Giving this place 4 stars because the man did a great job and it seems like a good business

Made an appointment the day before. As I was walking in, one of the techs was outside smoking and up walks a customer with her service dog. He pets it and goes back in and doesn’t wash his hands before doing someone’s nails. I was going to refuse his service if he was to do mine. I had to wait over 30 minutes for someone to begin. I didn’t make a big deal of that. Zuni’s service was fine, pedicure was nice. I wanted dip powder on my nails. Never been anywhere that just did the base as powder and gel for the selected color. Kevin gave me a discount for my wait. However, a week later, my nails started popping off like press ons within a week. Very disappointing.
