I have used this salon off and on for years. I don’t like to complain but she did a Terrible job on my nails and kept insisting that it was good. I asked for a manicure and white tip. She only trimmed the cuticles on left hand but insisted that she did the right hand as well. Nail dryer kept stopping after 15 minutes and I would have to tell her. My nails were peeling by the next day. I Will not be back!

The most humiliating experience, I’ve ever had getting my nails done. I have never in my life, experienced such a complete lack of care and unprofessionalism.
VIP Nails in the Temple Mall sucks. I will NEVER PATRONIZE this salon again!!!!!!!!!!!

Me and my sister came to get our nails done for they didn’t talk to us really and they didn’t offer us nothing to drink the lady that did my nails was rude and pulling on my hands then she wasn’t even goin me to put my second color on my nails I had to let her know and then while I was there she took a phone call and while the gentleman was still talking to her she hung up in his face they wasn’t professional at all

I have been going to this Salon for several years but this year service has gotten worse. I went Saturday and I had to wait so long. The lady was very nice and the man who did my toes was nice too. I got a pedicure and a full set acrylic with gel. My nails were lumpy and yesterday one of my acrylic nail just fell off. Im not a complainer but this place has not been the same sonce Tony left. I will not be returning anymore.
