Went in to this salon for the first time to get new acrylics. The lady ripped my old acrylic off with her hands instead of letting it soak off, my nails are now very sore. I show them a reference picture of what I wanted and this is what I ended up with. I paid $60 just to turn around and paint them myself. The man who finished my nails hit my skin with the dremel multiple times and filed my actual nail so thin that it hurt when they put the acrylic over it. It’s been 5 hours and my fingers are so sore than I can hardly do anything. I will never step foot near this shop again.

Love Ken!!! He is hilarious. Very good at what he does and very entertaining. They treated us like family and spoke to us while they were doing our nails, unlike some of the other salons

The guy who did my nails didn’t want to work with me at all. I asked for my nails to be shorter and the first time he barely took anything off the second time he just completely ignored me, I asked again and he ignored me again. I then decided I would just file them shorter when I got home. The color is not the same as the one that was on the sample. I told him my concern and I didn’t want them to be purple and he told me we could add color later if I didn’t like it. After he finished I told him that I wanted it to be more pink and these were purple and he told me they were pink. They are also not cut straight and are very crooked. I’m very sad these turned out so bad and I wasted $50.
The color isn’t terrible it’s just not what I thought I was getting it’s more so that he was so rude and rough while doing my nails.

The guy did my friend and mine acrylic nails, he was very sloppy with his work. He filed my nail too close to the skin and made me bleed. My friend asked for a coffin shape and he gave her an oval shape. And, the man used a space heater to dry them, it made our poor fingers burn from the heat. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!👎👎

Went here with my best friend and I asked for the picture below and this is what I got I told him that the black he was using was blue and they kept on telling me it was not it was black very poor quality and very unpleased And I did not ask for a zebra stripes I asked for leopard like in the picture the colors don’t even compare I will never use this place again my nails hurt and my cuticles were not cleaned up
