UPDATE: I stopped by this morning 5/18 to get my nails fixed. Vanessa was able to fix my chipped nails and also gave me some tips! I respect the good ethic and gesture to make this right. Would go back again!

I went in for a second visit, I was getting a gel fill. Overall it was okay, I know I had walked in last minute about a half hour before close so I appreciate them being transparent in what they could achieve during that time. My only complaint is that for the cost I expected the gel to last as the first time. I only went in on 5/15 and this morning 2 of my nails have a chip on the French tip, such a bummer! I did not ask about their policies but I know most places can fix it being that it was so soon after. Aside from that, Vanessa was helpful and knows her stuff. Next time I’ll stop in with time in advance as I prefer a bit more pampering with my services.

I would give this salon 10/10 stars if it was an option. I’ve been there a few times and they are always consistently great. The customer service and attention to detail is amazing (it’s hard to find great customer service anywhere), the salon is always clean and the environment is welcoming (they always have music playing, and they offer free water, etc. while you’re there). Mimi always does great work for me, she’s my go-to (super funny, nice, and kind, and her artwork is fantastic). I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to get their nails done.

Absolutely love this place. This now my go to shop. I’m a sucker for marble and they have it on their counters and chairs. Vanessa (I believe, sorry if I got the name wrong) started off by carefully taking off my previous set, preserving my natural nails. She is so nice and I absolutely adore her. Lee did my nails and he’s definitely now my regular nail tech. He is so funny and nice and he does great work. He work diligently and delicately and gave me exactly what I asked for. I was there till after close and they still treated me so kindly. This place is quite honestly the best place I’ve ever been and I would recommend it to anybody.

The salon has about one or two good tech. I went in for a fill in today and a cutdown and was being charged for my cutdown and my length. Maybe I’m out of touch but I went in with xl nails and want to go to medium for work. The fill in alone being $10 less than a full set was upsetting. The orange nails were done by the manager and honestly I loved them they lasted well and were beautiful. I was just highly disappointed and unsure what to even say to the lady that did them today. I do plan on going back this afternoon to have them fixed. But honestly I’m looking for new tech all together. The first set cost me about 200 (including a 32 pedi ) and even then my husband didn’t think they were worth it. I’m not from here and I’ve gotten way better nails done for the little less or same price.

Update. :went to the manager asking to have them fixed. She was very rude and was going to charge for her to fix them. I requested to have them taken off instead and she was like why and that I was making a big deal. I absolutely refuse to go back. She was even bring up that they charge extra stuff for the time it took them to do it. Then blasted that the time I came in last time I didn’t tip and that I shouldn’t say anything about asking about the prices. I was told I should’ve talked with the lady and told her I didn’t like my nails. I didn’t know what to do this morning because anytime I asked the lady a question with anything she was asking another person or the manger. So I asked when the manger would be in because I wanted to deal with her directly. Apparently I was wrong for doing that. The manger even tried to bring in other customers and was loud saying I was wrong I made a big deal out of nothing. I even told her I had questions and was just disappointed today with the nails and other things were bothering me. I also told her I just wanted her help to fix them or just to take them off. And she kept trying to sell me something else or say that me asking anything was to much.

I was told that their set price doesn’t mean anything and it’s just a minimum price.
But what I was mainly confused at was a full set was 52 and a fill in was 42.
Why was a color change, and cut down of the xl coffin shaped nails to a medium coffin shaped have so many add on prices, just for them to not even follow their own prices.

Will not be going back was definitely embarrassed because she continued to loudly talk about me to the customers and workers there. Even stated that I was wrong and that I didn’t know what I’m saying.

Update:after reviewing other people stating similar things about similar incidents. Seeing how the manager attacks her customers online is ridiculous. She so calls “protect her workers “ but then points fingers at the customers and bullies them. She’s happy and. Nice when she gets paid but if you don’t tip on top of the service price that’s already been jacked up with random add on , or say another nail tech work wasn’t up to standards then she’s extremely rude. Think carefully when you go to this place. It was a beautiful until it got ugly for me.

Pretty atmosphere and great service. I was a walk in and was started on immediately. My tech was named Trish and she was so great and amazing! Tipped $40 to her and also had 2 cups of wine. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back!
