I have been coming here since I was 6.. these last 2years I’ve found myself BEYOND unhappy with 1. The service and 2.the overall nails. I asked one of the girls to do a French tip, it was WAY too thick for my liking. I said can you please make it thinner , she literally told me “no that’s how it’s supposed to be”. Enough said there… to follow, I have not had acrylics for 3 years and my nails were SO HEALTHY with no issues and long! She decided to FILE MY NAILS DOWN for the “gel polish to stick”… now my nails are breaking and are so flimsy I cannot even pick something up without them bending. Lastly there were 3 different nails with lint/hair visible and she just ignored it when I pointed it out. I’m surprised I didn’t walk out mid set. I really should have..
Save yourself the awful experience and go literally anywhere in Petaluma. All of Novato nail salons are very unprofessional. See photos/video of each nail bending

They fit me in at the last minute, provided excellent service. My nails looked so much better when I left. I thought I had lost a bracelet and I hunted all over and they hunted all over for it. Of course it was in my backpack. They were very kind.

I’m really happy with their new Covid precautions, they’re taking your temperature when you get there, also using a new file and manicure kit per person, they’re letting you take home your file 😉 They painted and renovated the entire place, changed furniture and also added acrylic shields, well done 👍🏼

I loved this establishment, very clean and very professional she did my nails quicker than i thought and nailed the shape ! I love the shields and them wearing masks at all times following covid precautions. Will go again 10/10 recommend.
